Goals for v0.0.2.3 (r262)

~~– sync the code with ioquake3~~
– new Domination game type
– some tweaks on Domination
– new Domination map
– new car model
– ~~change console background to something more readable~~
– revise all shaders
– get surfaceparms to work
– fix bug where the game freeze at 161 mph
– fix chrash bug when too much players are in game
– music rotation in game menu
